Database name (Name of the database you wish to analyse, including the .kfd extension if it has one)

Host (Name or IP address of the machine the database is running on)

Port (Port number that the database is running on. If it is running on a Mac or Windows machine, use 27319)

Name (Name you use to sign on to KF)

Password (Password for KF)

Skip Update (optional)

(The Toolkit normally updates its data files each time you log on. If you do not need up-to-the-minute information -- e.g., for demos, or for research on databases that haven't changed since your last log on -- you can speed up the Toolkit by skipping the update step.)
