Blackboard/Knowledge Forum Single Sign-On

Single Sign-on Requirements:

Single sign-on tool becomes available to student via a Knowledge Forum Tools link (or tool) available to the students via the course tools link (and also in other places if the instructor choses to put the links in other places).
When a student clicks on this tool link, they should be taken to the Knowledge Forum which will open in a new browser window for this course and already be logged in.
Standard Knowledge Forum logout should be used for the purposes of this project.
